FAULTY DIET

In 1979 a special report was issued by the U.S. Surgeon General, citing more than 2,000 scientific studies from around the world, and compiled with the advice of more than 2,000 doctors, biochemists and nutritionists, who concluded that the normal American diet is dangerous. Of the 2.1 million Americans who died that year, the report said that 1.5 million died from diseases associated with diet. The report stressed that most people should reduce the consumption of fat, especially saturated fats, such as from eggs, butter, or untrimmed red meats. (1)  Since 1979 diets have not really changed much, with all the fast food restaurants and people eating on the run, it is no wonder folks have health issues.

Improper diet and processed foods does not give quality nutrients in their natural form as nature intended which has been caused by the use of processed foods, denatured foods, synthetic additives, artificial sweeteners, MSG, improper use of meats, dairy products, white sugar, candy, desserts, sodas, diet products, white flour, white denatured foods, processed foods, fast food fats and frying of foods, hydrogenated and saturated oils, pesticides and chemicals in our fruits and vegetables, preservatives, nitrates in lunch meats, MSG (monosodium glutamate), Equal (aspartame), chemicals we come in contact with, chemicals we breath along with the use of liquor, tobacco, coffee, and all other denatured foods. Good wholesome foods are the way we eat at Vitality Products.

For years the National Cancer Institute held fast to the principal that diet had nothing to do with disease. But recent overwhelming evidence, they now recommend that people consume more fruits and vegetables (5 to 7 servings or more) in their daily diets. "A wide variety of fruits, and leafy green, yellow, multi colored vegetables, all contain vitamins and fiber, and should be a part of everyone's daily diet", says the National Cancer Institute.

Keep our bodies healthy.  Lots of fresh clean air, use pure water, not tap water, eating lots of wholesome natural foods, organic is cleaner and may have more nutrients, getting sufficient rest, moderate daily exercise, getting outside in the sun to get some natural Vitamin D which is so revered today by the Medical Profession today, being thoughtful in all we eat and work on having more positive thinking.

REDUCE INTAKE ON SUGAR AND JUNK FOODS, HIGH FAT DIETS, EAT MORE RAW FOODS LIKE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS

Raw food is live food. It is full of natural vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phyto-nutrients and antioxidants etc. Cooked food is dead food. Plant any seed and it will grow. Cook the seed and plant it and it will not grow, because its life principle has been destroyed. (2)

DRINK PURE CLEAN WATER

BARE FEET ON THE SOIL
Everything on this planet has an electrical frequency, the earth, seeds, plants, animals, and our bodies. Dr. Stephen Sinatra MD., Cardiologist, has a book out on (Earthing) which explains natural electromagnetic grounding with the earth frequencies.

GET PLENTY OF FRESH AIR, EXERCISE and PROPER REST
For folks who can exercise, it is a wonderful avenue to keep the body fit, helps with detoxification and allows for more oxygen.

DEAL WITH STRESS
Stress creates all sorts of imbalances and disturbances.  EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques is one great program to incorporate into daily programming. We have found at Vitality Products Co. Inc. that it works very well when practiced: acceptance of others or the events that happen, forgiveness of others, release the frustrations, loving self and logically balancing thoughts. It actually works when practiced. Watch how emotional growth takes shape into a more positive, logical thinking, loving and caring capabilities are able to handle situations much better. More Psychologists are incorporating EFT into their practices today.
