Lithium Orotate is an important trace element found naturally occurring in many foods including grains and vegetables. Lithium Orotate is a lithium salt like lithium carbonate and lithium citrate. Lithium orotate is often referred to as a natural form - organic form of lithium, because orotate is an organic compound, whereas carbonate is an inorganic compound. Lithium Orotate contains less elemental lithium than lithium carbonate.
